Description
If you are looking for a large Villa for a family holiday, you’ve found the perfect place! Though it is one property, the villa actually offers 3 dedicated living areas each with its own kitchen, sleeping and lounge area; perfect for extended families to holiday together but still have their own space!
The Villa is superbly equipped and furnished throughout, offering Wi-Fi, AC, private parking, heated swimming pool (on request), huge TV, table tennis table and fully equipped, spacious kitchen.
The Villa provides spacious accommodation for larger families to enjoy a holiday in the sun!
- Spacious lounge with HUGE TV, big sofa and big dining table.
- Big kitchen, fully equipped with everything needed for self-catering
- Outside is a small room with the washing machine so it's noise is separated from the house
- 2 upper floor bedrooms, with en-suite bathrooms and double beds in each
- Upper terrace has ping pong table, beautiful lounge seating with a big TV on the terrace and outdoor dining area next to the BBQ! The views are BEAUTIFUL!
- 2 double bedrooms on the lower floor (pool level).
- Studio apartment with sofa bed, small TV & kitchenette also on lower floor
- Shower room and toilet on the lower floor
- Sauna
- Private pool area. The pool can be heated as an optional extra.
- Outside on the lowest level of the Villa grounds you find a "cabin" apartment with 2 single beds, kitchenette, sofa, television and shower/toilet.
- Long driveway on which multiple cars can be parked off street, privately
- Electric car charger available to use on site, on request
All of the above levels are provided to the guests to use alone, for the duration of the booked period.
The Villa is located just outside Fuengirola on the north side of the town, in the urbanisation called "el Coto". This is a residential zone and so provides a nice, peaceful zone to enjoy your family or group holiday!
The Villa is located 10 minutes walk from Lidl supermarket, 13 minutes walk from Aldi supermarket and 15 minutes walk from a British “Tesco” licensed supermarket.
There is a bus which runs between Fuengirola town centre and Mijas village, 10 minutes walk from the Villa. We do recommend a hire car though as it is a hilly area and having one, means you can visit a HUGE variety of sights and attractions! The Villa is also 20-25 minutes drive from Málaga airport.
The Villa is almost entirely powered by solar energy with new solar panels and battery systems. This means that the Villa can have AC in all rooms. We still ask guests to be careful in their energy consumption, but we can be less strict than other large Villa rentals!
Pool heating is available on request for €150 per week.
There are security cameras on the Villa grounds. These do NOT point or cover the pool or upper terrace areas ensuring you have privacy, but are pointing at entrances to provide guests with extra security during their stay.
