There are 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in total but which can also provide 3 separate living areas for families, including the separate studio unit accessed via the garden - 1 double and 4 twin bedrooms. 2 bedrooms are on the top floor with the lounge, kitchen & pool access, suitable for older guests.
The Villa offers everything you need for a comfortable stay, with a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, smart TV (Chromecast), high speed WiFi throughout the property, sea views from the terrace/lounge/bedrooms, spacious patio and balcony areas with outdoor seating, sunbeds and a pretty big private swimming pool set in lovely private gardens!
You location is what makes this Villa ideal. Not only 10 minutes walk to the seafront where you find hundreds of restaurants and shops, it's only a 5 minute walk to the train station which is linked to the airport terminal, meaning you don't need hire cars!
The train station is just 5 minutes walk away. The bus route is just 8 minutes walk away. The airport is an easy 20 minute drive from the Villa. It couldn't be easier to get to Casa Raven and get around whilst you are there, with all amenities within walking distance anyway!
Of course, as the Villa is not on the seafront there is a small hill to walk up to reach the house. However it is not too steep and not that far. It's one of the closest large Villas with this capacity to the beaches, train and shops!
