This luxury penthouse is located 2 minutes walk to the beaches in Mijas Costa on the Costa del Sol and has a HUGE private terrace! **Pools are closed between the end of September and the middle or end of June each year**
The panoramic views are extremely rare and provide you with an exclusive perch overlooking the Mediterranean! Part of the terrace is surrounded by glass curtains which provide shelter either from the baking sun, or cold breeze – extremely useful no matter what time of year you visit, to ensure you can sit outside and enjoy the spectacular views!
The apartment has 3 bedrooms in total and 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite and 1 family). The master bedroom has views from the bed itself of the sea! All rooms are air conditioned, there is good quality Wi-Fi internet and the kitchen is fully equipped for a self-catering stay. There is easy, free street parking around the community, never any problem having a space. There is then lift access up to the penthouse floor. You can also use communal gardens and swimming pool.
The penthouse offers a tranquil, quiet location with panoramic views. However, you are a short walk (2-5 mins) from shops, restaurants and the beach! The bus route running along the coast is also 5 mins walk away. If you have a car Fuengirola is 5 mins drive, as is la Cala de Mijas. It only takes 20 mins by car to reach the apartment from the airport! You can also get a train to Fuengirola from the airport, then a cheaper, quick taxi from Fuengirola to the apartment.
Nearby bus route. Fuengirola has a train station linked to the airport and other major towns and cities. If you have a car, there is plenty of on street parking and it's a great, central location to visit anywhere in Andalucía!
