There are actually 3 terrace areas in total – one off the lounge with views down the fairway and lake, one smaller balcony off the middle bedroom looking onto the green and of course, the roof terrace which has amazing panoramic views of the coast and Mediterranean!
The apartment also offers all the comforts you could ask for, like a fully fitted kitchen, HD Television, high speed Wi-Fi internet and air conditioning. There is also private parking space in garage and outdoor communal parking and two fantastic communal swimming pools to enjoy.
Please note that the apartment is on the third floor and does not have an elevator
The most unique feature about this penthouse is that it offers frontline golf location, where you can watch passing players playing golf or just enjoy the pretty golf course setting...AND, it also offers panoramic sea views from the roof terrace! It's very central on the Costa del Sol to also be able to enjoy visiting many, many different places, sights and attractions. We are happy to provide suggestions and help with things worth doing during your stay!
We recommend having a hire car to stay at this property as although it is very close to everything, the walk to the shops and beach may be a bit much for younger children and older guests.
