Description
This is the perfect apartment for a family of 3-5 who want a spacious, well equipped, modern apartment with beautiful enclosed and safe gardens, wonderful pools, private parking, close to everything, including the Raquetas de Mijas padel club!
The apartment has AC throughout, fast Wi-Fi internet, fully equipped kitchen, utility room with washer & dryer and 2 spacious terraces to enjoy open air meals!
The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite with full sized bath and 1 shower room). The master bedroom has views over the garden and pool and access to the enclosed balcony with glass curtains so the terrace can be enjoyed year round. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds and 1 pull out single bed and direct access to the second balcony. All bedrooms are air conditioned, as is the lounge. Also provided is a private garage parking space which has lift access to the apartment floor. You can also use communal gardens and swimming pool but please remember to follow the community rules.
You have the full apartment to use during your stay. You are also able to make use of the private parking space in the garage. You have access to the communal gardens and pool areas.
We are local and available if you have any problems to do our best to resolve them. We do reserve the right to check on our property if we have any reason to be concerned. We will however strive to leave you in complete peace for the entire duration of your stay.
La Cala Hills is located half way between the popular towns of Fuengirola and la Cala de Mijas. Both towns are just 10 minutes drive away. There is a bus route located just 2 minutes walk from the apartment. There are a few cafes and restaurants, plus small shops within walking distance as well. We do recommend having a hire car when staying here though however, to make the most of the area.

The airport is just 30 minutes drive away. There is a cheap, efficient and comfortable electric train line running between Málaga city centre and Fuengirola, which can be reached on the bus or a 10 minute drive away. This can be a great way to explore the coast without worrying about parking in the large coastal towns.
There are two balconies to the apartment. One is open air, accessed from both the lounge and 2nd bedroom.
The other is larger and enclosed in glass curtains. There is a dining table so you can eat there too, plus a comfortable modern sofa lounge area overlooking the gardens and pool area. This balcony is accessed via the lounge and master bedroom.
