This apartment provides a fantastic location for your holiday on the Costa del Sol, especially if you are planning on spending lots of time on the beach because this area has some of the best in Europe! **The pool is closed as of 1st October 2024 and will not re open until sometime Summer 2025** Fuengirola has over 7 kilometres of golden sandy beaches, lined by the beautiful new promenade. The apartment is easy to get to, 10 minutes walk from the train station which is linked to the airport terminals. The apartment is a deliberate mix of modern and traditional to maintain a Spanish theme, yet ensure comfort and convenience during your stay. Ideally, it is fully equipped with everything you could need during your stay: - Fully equipped kitchen including everything you could need for a self-catering holiday - Laundry room with washing machine - pack lighter baggage! - Wi-Fi internet, fibre optic and good speeds for work or leisure online. - English TV channels including free view UK channels are available as an extra via a local satellite TV provider (not included in price) - The TV is also a smart TV, so you can login to use your streaming services like Netflix. - Air conditioning in lounge and bedroom - Double sofa bed in the lounge suitable for kids (max capacity recommended 2 adults 2 young children) - 2 balconies - one accessed from the lounge and the bedroom also has it's own private balcony. Both balconies have seating with sea views. The entire apartment is yours for the duration of your stay. Parking is communal, but there are ample spaces for use only to those staying in the community. The gardens are communal as is the guitar shaped swimming pool which are only for those staying in the community, open year round. I am available for any emergencies during your stay but otherwise, leave you in peace and quiet! I want always to get good reviews and so, if you find anything on arrival that would stop you giving anything other than 5 stars please let me know straight away so I can fix it for you! Fuengirola is a wonderful place to visit if you want to explore Andalucía or even just come to relax and enjoy the beaches and the fantastic restaurants, there is something for everyone! Importantly, Fuengirola and the surrounding villages, towns and cities like Marbella, Mijas, Benalmadena, Torremolinos and of course Málaga itself, are considered "year round destinations", as they are busy and have PLENTY to do regardless what time of year you visit! It's the ideal place to take a winter sun extended vacation! Fuengirola is easy to get to, with flights in and out of Málaga from all major European airports and the electric train link which travels from Málaga city centre, stopping directly in at the airport terminals and then at all the major coastal towns on the way to the last stop, Fuengirola. The apartment is just 10 minutes walk from the station in Los Boliches. With so many places in easy reach to visit, there is more sightseeing to be done than can be done in a short break. For families, there are many attractions to enjoy on top of the local beaches. Bioparc zoo in Fuengirola; Tivoli Amusement Park in Benalmadena; Selwo Marina in Benalmadena (dolphin shows); Sealife Centre in Benalmadena; Sould Park in Fuengirola (amusement park for young children); Two aquaparks, one in Fuengirola and one in Torremolinos and much, much more! Beautiful modern apartment frontline to Fuengirola Beach in the zone of Carvajal! Recently renovated in 2024 this apartment offers great comforts for families and couples, sleeping 2 comfortably in the spacious double bedroom, or even extra children on the lovely double sofa bed in the lounge area! The apartment offers air conditioning throughout (which also provides heating for those visiting in the winter months), high speed Wi-Fi internet, flat screen Smart TV, a well equipped kitchen for self catering stays and a lovely little balcony with stunning views over the beach and Mediterranean! The community is situated right on the seafront with all amenities within walking distance, including the train stations of Torreblanca and Carvajal (linked directly to the airport terminal) and bus route. There is a small communal car park (spaces are first come first served and not guaranteed) and lift access though there are steps up to the lift in the lobby area so it is not suitable for wheelchair users. 20 minutes from Málaga Airport, 5 minutes taxi/drive into Fuengirola town centre. You can also walk the long but totally flat Paseo Maritime all the way into Fuengirola Port and beyond towards the castle! The beaches are a little quieter in this zone and are soft sands, perfect for everyone to enjoy!1 review
