Modern 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment situated on Calle Palangreros in Fuengirola, right next to the main town centre and just 350 metres from Fuengirola Beach! Wonderful central location, walking distance to absolutely everything and a tastefully furnished modern interior which offers all the comforts you could want for either a short beach holiday, or even a longer winter break in the sun!
Sleeping arrangements are split between two bedrooms and the lounge communal zone. In the main bedroom there is a double bed of 160 cm which sleeps 2 people. In the second bedroom there is 1 single bed of 90 cm to sleep 1 person. Then in the lounge area, if you are 4 guests, is a single sofa bed which sleeps 1 person.
The apartment is fully air conditioned with units in each bedroom and the lounge. There is fast Wi-Fi internet of between 50 and 100 Mbps and a Smart TV which allows you to login and use your television subscription services, such as Netflix.
The kitchen is modern and well equipped for short stays and even extended winter sun breaks. There is a washing machine in the unit.
There is lift access and the apartment is on the 1st floor.
There are many fantastic restaurants and cafes surrounding the apartment, so you will be spoiled for choice when it comes to dining! For families, there are many attractions within 5 to 15 minutes walk including Mijas Aquapark, Bioparc Zoo and Sould Park amusement ground.
There is no need for a hire car with the train and bus stations both within 850 metres of the apartment.
