This spacious 3 bedroom apartment is ideally located within walking distance to the beach, bars, restaurants, public transport and much more!
This spacious 3 bed apartment benefits from air conditioning throughout, 2 bathrooms, an ample terrace with partial sea views, a private parking space and communal pool
**The pool is open again as of 10th June 2024**
Bedroom 1 - This spacious master suite benefits from a King sized bed, ample fitted wardrobe, en-suite bathroom and partial sea views.
Bedroom 2 - This bedroom has a King sized bed and fitted wardrobes
Bedroom 3 - Bunk beds with a 3rd bed underneath the lower one which slides out to sleep 7th guests.
The lounge/diner has ample seating for 6 guests and there is a TV and wireless internet router with unlimited access for you to connect as many devices as you would like.
The kitchen is sizeable and benefits from: fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, kettle, pots, pans, coffee maker, hand blender and utensils.
The terrace is the perfect size for enjoying your breakfast or an al fresco dinner.
The pool is only open in the summer, it opens on 1st June and closes on 30th September.
We will meet you at the property myself to show you into the apartment and hand over the keys. Please keep us updated with regard to your expected arrival time and information regarding any delays.
We have over 20 years of local knowledge and experience and are on hand to assist with any queries or issues you may encounter during your stay, providing you with peace of mind! However, we would politely request that all matters are communicated via the Airbnb messaging service and that, wherever possible, evening and weekend calls are limited to emergencies only.
The beach, plus numerous supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants are all within a 5 minute walk. Bistro Michel is a firm favourite with guests but be warned, you should book ahead to avoid missing out!
A car is absolutely not necessary for your stay although there is private parking if you do wish to drive.
There are two good size supermarkets within 10 minutes walk and a small corner shop directly opposite the apartment block.
There are LOTS of restaurants within 1-10 minutes walk. The promenade, which is 2 minutes walk away, is 7 km long and lined with hundreds of restaurants all the way up to Fuengirola and beyond.
There is a pharmacy at the bottom of the road.
There is a bus stop right outside the block for services into the centre of Fuengirola and in the opposite direction, Benalmadena.
Málaga airport has a train station with easy access from the terminal building and the nearest station to the apartment is Torreblanca. From the station you can take a 5 minute taxi ride directly to the apartment or the walk takes about 10 minutes.
Uber has also now arrived in Spain so if you’re a user of the popular app you can use it to book your trips during your stay.
